AFSHAN KHALlQ
Personal introduction: Obtained a Master's degree in Physics from the Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences in Pakistan in 2013, and a PhD in Electronic Science and Technology from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China in 2022. A postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Physics, Zhejiang Normal University, Jinhua, China. We also collaborate with Hangzhou City University. My research interests include designing and simulating novel nanoscale semiconductor devices, designing and manufacturing avalanche photodiodes based on III-V materials, and heterojunction photovoltaic devices based on two-dimensional materials.
