Personal introduction:As a retired college student, I have a clear understanding and expectations for my abilities and development. Jul 2024 - present: Manufacturing Management Trainee at Hangzhou Haixing Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd

Team Management: Received comprehensive manufacturing management training, including lean production, Six Sigma, ERP system operation, etc., applied theoretical knowledge to practice, responsible for managing 50 frontline workers, ensuring efficient operation of the production line through reasonable scheduling and task allocation, increasing worker productivity by 15%, and daily production of the production line from 2000 pieces to 2300 pieces; Manufacturing process optimization: Deeply involved in the daily operation and management of the production line, from SMT-DIP (PCBA section) to finished product assembly. Identify process bottlenecks through data analysis, propose and implement improvement measures, and achieve efficiency optimization and cost control.
