More than five years of clean room work experience.
My research aims to solve the key and challenging problem of charge coupled devices in traditional applications.
Practical experience in manufacturing and testing 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch chips, proficient in using clean room equipment such as photolithography, metal deposition, optical microscopy, ICP, etc
Transfer/deposit graphene/thin film materials using chemical transfer methods
Developing heterostructures of different two-dimensional materials (such as MoS2, WSe2, graphene, hBN) using dry transfer method (PVA/PDMS stamping)
2.Electrical and optical testing:
Semiconductor analyzer for basic electrical testing
Proficient in using semiconductor analyzers for electrical testing, such as Jishili 4200 for dynamic and static testing, LCR instruments for C-V measurement
Optoelectronic detection and photovoltaic physics background
Measurement of photocurrent at different wavelengths (λ=400 nm, 532 nm, 800 nm, 1190 nm, 2000 nm, 10 μ m) under modulation and pulsed light source irradiation conditions
Parameter evaluation and analysis of photodetectors
Spectral and microscopic analysis, such as Raman, SEM, AFM, and EDX
