2. As a student participant, participated in the application for the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation Joint Fund Key Project "Research on Room Temperature Mid Infrared Detector Based on Moir é Superlattice/Quantum Dot Thermal Carrier Cascade Control", project number: HZSZ26F050003, currently under review.

3. As a student participant, participated in the GFJG project with project number KYWX-2024-0108, which has been approved.


Paper situation:

1. "Harvesting Cascade Hot Electrons from Moir é Graphene Superlattice as a Ballistic Carrier Multisystem Photodetector" is in the submission for SCI in the first district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.


Patent situation:

1. The patent for "photosensitive material detector and pixel structure for flexible infrared image sensor" has been authorized.
