Avalanche photodetector is an instrument for detecting avalanche signals. With the explosive growth of global information data, higher and higher requirements are put forward for high-speed optical fiber communication systems. The application of various advanced modulation formats and multi-dimensional multiplexing methods has greatly improved the transmission rate and capacity of the optical fiber communication system. Through the set buried oxygen layer, doped silicon top layer and silicon substrate layer, the embedded oxygen layer, doped silicon top layer and silicon substrate layer are used to form the silicon substrate layer, and then combined with the germanium silicon detection layer and silicon waveguide layer to integrate the photodetector, taking into account the silicon based optoelectronic integration and the efficient detection of optical communication bands, the avalanche signal can be detected efficiently. With the integrated detector, not only the size is smaller, but also the power consumption is low, and the cost is effectively reduced, while the detection efficiency is improved.
