1.As a student participant, participated in the application for the National Natural Science Foundation of China Joint Fund Key Project "Research on Room Temperature Wide Spectrum Infrared Quantum Cascade Detector Based on Topological State Control of Two dimensional Material Moir é Superlattice", project acceptance number: U25A200118, currently under review.

2. As a student participant, participated in the application for the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation Joint Fund Key Project "Research on Room Temperature Mid Infrared Detector Based on Moir é Superlattice/Quantum Dot Thermal Carrier Cascade Control", project number: HZSZ26F050003, currently under review.

3. As a student participant, participated in the GFJG project with project number KYWX-2024-0108, which has been approved.


Paper situation:

1. "Harvesting Cascade Hot Electrons from Moir é Graphene Superlattice as a Ballistic Carrier Multisystem Photodetector" was submitted to SCI in the first district of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, with Du Sichao as the first author and myself as the second author.

The review paper "Overview of Two dimensional Material Infrared Photodetectors" has been submitted to the Chinese core first level journal "Optoelectronic Engineering", and I am the first author in the review process.


Patent situation:

1. The patent "A Room Temperature Wide Spectrum Infrared Detector Based on Moir é Superlattice" has entered the rapid examination stage, with Du Sichao as the first inventor and myself as the second inventor.


Monograph situation:

1. Participated in the compilation of the monograph "Optoelectronic Detection and Image Sensing Technology", which is currently in the process of publication by Zhejiang University Press.
