PhD from the University of Sydney, dual master's degree from the Australian National University, Bachelor's degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Senior Fellow of the International Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), Fellow of the International Society for Materials Research (MRS), Fellow of the Optical Society of America (OPTCIA), Fellow of the International Society of Optics and Photonics (SPIE), Senior Fellow of the Chinese Electronics Society (CIE), Fellow of the Chinese Society of Optical Engineering (CSOE), Vice Chairman of the Expert Organizing Committee of the China Optoelectronic Industry Platform. Obtained the "Innovation Talent Program for High level Returned Overseas Students in Hangzhou". In recent years, research and design of new detectors for single photon detection and imaging have been conducted. So far, the average impact factor of all papers published since starting work in China is greater than 15. More than 50 academic papers have been published in academic journals such as Advanced Materials, Carbon, Applied Physics Letter, etc. Google Scholar has cited 1716 times, H-index 16。 5 papers were selected as ESI highly cited papers (1%), 2 papers were selected as ESI hot papers (0.1%), and 3 papers were included as cover papers. Published the academic monograph "Optoelectronic Technology and Applications" as the first editor in chief (Huazhong University of Science and Technology Press), 《Photodetection and Image Sensing Techniques》（Springer Nature），《The Photonic-to-Electronic Conversion Technology》（Bio-Byword Scientific Publishing Pty. And serve as regular reviewers for various international journals under Wiley.
